1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 777ch ("777ch", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://777ch.club ("the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or engaging in any activity offered through the Platform — including casino games, sports betting, Pool Rummy, Joker Poker, slot games, and any other product offered by 777ch — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or promotional terms communicated to you through the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements between you and 777ch with respect to your use of the Platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2. Eligibility

Use of the 777ch Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 777ch enforces a strict minimum age of 21 across all products and services. Any registration by a person under the age of 21 is void and any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned without interest or bonus entitlement.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal guardianship or incapacity that would prevent you from entering into contracts.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on the 777ch Platform at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, household, device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other responsible gaming restriction that would prevent you from accessing gaming services.
• Not a 777ch employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and immediate family members of 777ch and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

777ch reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

To access real-money gaming on the 777ch Platform, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC)

777ch is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used to deposit funds into your 777ch account;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by 777ch to satisfy its compliance obligations.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ch account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777ch will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. You must notify 777ch immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your 777ch account must be made using the payment methods available in the 777ch cashier at the time of deposit. Accepted payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in the 777ch cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.

Funds deposited into your 777ch account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 777ch does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be voided and returned, with the associated account subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the bonus balance or winnings derived from it become withdrawable;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible;
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfers are typically processed within one business day of approval;
• 777ch reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times in individual cases.

4.3 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 777ch reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant account balances as detailed in the cashier section of the Platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

777ch offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. General bonus terms applicable to all 777ch promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real funds;
• Bonus funds and real funds are held separately in your 777ch account; real funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise stated;
• Multiple accounts may not be used to claim the same bonus. Each bonus is available once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless otherwise stated;
• 777ch reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Players who are found to have abused any bonus — including through exploitation of loopholes, use of multiple accounts, or hedging strategies — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New 777ch players may be eligible for a welcome bonus upon their first qualifying deposit. The specific bonus percentage, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period applicable to the current welcome offer are displayed on the 777ch promotions page and at the time of registration. Acceptance of a welcome bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms attached to that offer.

6. Game Rules & Betting

The rules governing individual casino games, sports betting markets, Pool Rummy, Joker Poker, slot games, and all other products offered on the 777ch Platform are set out within the respective game or product sections of the Platform. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you agree to the rules as presented within that game or product.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, 777ch will attempt to resolve the situation in a fair and transparent manner. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, 777ch reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager staked to the player's account. 777ch's decision in such matters is final.

All casino game outcomes on the 777ch Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. Sports betting odds and markets are set at the discretion of 777ch and may be changed or withdrawn at any time prior to bet settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777ch Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud: Any form of fraud, including use of stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods, identity fraud, or deliberate provision of false information during registration or KYC;

• Match-fixing: Placing bets on sporting events in which you have any direct or indirect involvement in attempting to influence or predetermine the outcome;
• Money laundering: Using the 777ch Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime scheme;
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers through multiple account registration, false information, hedging, or any other technique designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent;
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or disputes through your payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by 777ch.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ch Platform — including but not limited to the 777ch brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and audio-visual content — is the property of 777ch or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the 777ch Platform without the express written consent of 777ch. Unauthorised use of 777ch intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

777ch collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 777ch, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 10. Responsible Gaming

777ch is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all products on the Platform. 11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 777ch

777ch reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Any other circumstance in which 777ch determines that continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of gaming operations.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your 777ch account at any time by contacting the 777ch support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days of receipt.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if 777ch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777ch does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults. 777ch shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or events outside its reasonable control including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 777ch's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to 777ch's operating licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body as specified by 777ch's regulatory authority.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms is intended to constitute an offer or invitation to any person in any jurisdiction where the provision of online gaming services is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with any local laws or regulations applicable to their use of the 777ch Platform.

14. Amendments to These Terms

777ch reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, 777ch will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or contact method registered to their account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the 777ch Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 11.2.
