Sequences & Sets

You must form at least two sequences — one of which must be a pure sequence (no jokers). A pure sequence is three or more consecutive cards of the same suit. Sets are three or four cards of the same rank across different suits.

Jokers

The randomly drawn wild card joker and the printed jokers can substitute for any card in an impure sequence or set. Jokers carry zero penalty points but cannot be used in your mandatory pure sequence.

Scoring & Penalty Points

When you declare, your opponents count the face value of all unmelded cards in their hands. Aces, face cards (J, Q, K), and 10s are worth 10 points each. Number cards carry their pip value. Jokers are worth 0 points.

Dropping & Middle Drop

You may drop out of a round before drawing (First Drop: 20 points penalty) or after drawing at least once (Middle Drop: 40 points). Dropping reduces the damage of a very poor hand but steadily erodes your total points budget.
